Common questions
Where are my games kept?
On your device. In the iPhone and iPad app a second copy is kept in the app’s own files, so the device won’t clear it to make space. On the website you can sign in to back them up.
How do I move my games to a new phone?
In the app, set up the new iPhone or iPad from an iCloud backup of the old one and your games come with it. Or, in Settings, open Data & backup and choose Export backup, then choose Import backup on the same screen on the new phone.
How do I fix a score?
Tap a score to open the keypad, or hold it and turn to nudge it. Undo takes back the last change, and a game’s scorecard lets you correct any hand.
My game isn’t in the list.
Search by any of its names. If it still isn’t there, use Just keep score for a running total, or make it a custom game with its own name.
How do I delete my data?
Settings, Data & backup, then Delete all data, or delete the app. To delete feedback you sent or a website backup, email the address above.
